What is your favorite event that we’ve executed? Plaza Of The Rockies. I started my career in that building as an intern at nosh, so to come back and work a holiday party for 1300 as an exec. pastry chef is insane. I love the sheer volume of this event, with the entire catering crew working as a team and you get to watch weeks of prep and planning get put into action into one really beautiful night. And last year we only started one tiny fire, so, I count that as a tremendous success.
Why do you love what you do? Food brings people together. no matter what the event is, to know you had a small part in someones wedding, or anniversary, and even providing comfort for a memorial service, you have an opportunity through food and exceptional service to contribute to a persons special memories and thats important to me. I also really enjoy most of my coworkers.

When you’re not at work, where can we find you? If I’m not at work I am usually with my daughters, who are almost adults and would like me to leave them alone, so I have true crime podcasts and books about history to keep me busy.
