What is your favorite event that we’ve executed? Any events that allows me to blend old school classical with new school twists. When I’m able to incorporate charcuterie & garde manger work into any event it makes it that more special.
Why do you love what you do? I cook because I love food and love to eat. Food allows me to paint a picture, sing a song, create an emotion, relive a memory or simply feed the soul. Food is the universal language and with it I am able to talk to the world.
